Many new people are confused as to why they have a TEAM LINK and then other links to promote. Some of this comes from people who are used to promoting single affiliate products. This program is NOT that kind of marketing - but it's confusing because you are called an affiliate. I wanted to help clear up some of the confusion if I can. You guys can help me by asking questions as we go along for anything you don't understand.
As promised following is the beginning of a series of mails where we'll discuss what Team Links are, why we have them, how they work, how many "hits" we need and why, and last, but not least, how they fit into your GDI business strategy...

(In our case, our BASIC Team Links are a rotator loaded with 11 of our general GDI
Basic and Power of 10 capture pages which lead to a single Team Autoresponder with
letters written by the GDI Team Elite upline sponsors and key coded for our specific
Team. The 12th page on the Team Link rotator url given to each member is THEIR
OWN Personal Affiliate Page if they have opted in, which is furnished by Team Power
Elite as an exclusive way to increase their personal sign ups while learning our business (More on this will be forthcoming in a later lesson). Subscribers are given information
about how GDI works and given opportunities to ask for a sign up link when they decide
to join. The Senior Team Leader and other Leaders follow up with these subscribers

4. To be eligible for signups you need to maintain a minimum of 1000 hits a week. More

5. Your Senior Team Leader, Team Leaders & Sponsors all monitor your hits and
encourage participation. If you are NOT hearing from your sponsor, please speak up
to your Team Leaders. If you don't hit your quota of 1000 hits, you get no signups

the sign up, did it through combined efforts of the Teams collective advertising.
From the Direct Sign up the Team Leader benefits from the bonus and the member
only gets the residual income from the new signup being placed in their matrix.
I don't think that is fair and I practice and encourage our other Team Leaders here
to practice sending the person asking for a link YOUR LINKS so that you get credit
for the referral and earn the bonuses. Every team leader is given the right by
the GDI Team Elite organization to run his or her team as they see fit. So you
benefit by knowing you will be credited with a Direct Sign up for bigger earnings
even from the "Team" efforts.

Team advertising benefits all. Your team leaders & sponsor ideally coordinate everything, and we work hard to get you started. Once you get 10 members you can choose to become a Team Leader yourself. You can either set up your own system, or opt to use the trainings, materials and support of the larger Team. Gabriela and Bob Dixon have chosen to have Teams within the team.
